Why is Seaview Lion Park closed?

The facility closed its doors during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic last year. The park also suffered a tragic incident in June 2021, when a Siberian tiger, Jasper, escaped his enclosure and attacked and killed an employee, David Solomon.

Is Seaview Lion Park open today?

We’re open every day (except Christmas Day) from 9:00 until 17:00.

How much is Lion Park entrance fee?

Lion Park entrance fee is not charged. Guests need to pay for the activities offered inside, like the self drives, guided tours, night feeding or mini safari tours.

Where is Seaview Predator Park?

It is situated in the suburb of Seaview, about 30 minutes from the airport and the beaches for which Port Elizabeth is known. The Seaview Predator Park is home to a number of wild cats (including lions, tigers, cheetahs and panthers), zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, lynx, warthogs and an array of other antelope species.
