Jasper National Park Entrance Fee

Jasper National Park entrance fees vary depending on the type of pass you choose and the time of year.

From June 20 to September 2, 2025, entry to Jasper National Park is free of charge as part of the Canada Strong Program[1][3][7]. After September 2, 2025, all visitors will be required to purchase a pass.

Standard daily entry fees (after September 2, 2025) are as follows:

  • Adult (18-64 years): $11.00
  • Senior (65+ years): $9.50
  • Youth (6-17 years): Free
  • Family/Group (up to 7 people in one vehicle): $22.00

All visitors, regardless of their mode of travel, must have a valid National Park Pass. Passes can be purchased online, at park gates, or at the Jasper Visitor Centre[1][3].

Parks Canada Discovery Pass (Annual Pass, valid for all Parks Canada locations):

  • Adult: $75.25
  • Senior: $64.50
  • Family/Group: $151.25

The Discovery Pass is valid for 12 months and covers unlimited visits to all Parks Canada sites. For groups or multiple-day stays, it often offers significant savings[1][3][5].

Youth 17 and under receive free admission year-round[3].
