The entrance fee for Akagera National Park in 2025 varies based on visitor category and length of stay. For a single day or night, entry fees are as follows:

• Rwandan/East African Community (EAC) citizens: USD $16 per adult (approx. RWF 15,000); children aged 6-12 years: USD $11 (approx. RWF 10,000).
• EAC residents (non-citizen): USD $50 per adult; children aged 6-12: USD $30.
• International visitors: USD $100 per adult; children aged 6-12 years: USD $50.
