Kruger National Park entrance fees for the period 1 November 2024 to 31 October 2025 depend on your nationality and age, and are charged per person per day:
- South African citizens and residents:
- Adults (12 years and older): R128
- Children (2–11 years): R64
- SADC (Southern African Development Community) nationals:
- Adults: R257
- Children: R128
- International visitors:
- Adults: R535
- Children: R267
Infants under 2 years of age are admitted free of charge.[4]
Valid proof of identity or residency (such as a South African ID or passport) must be provided at the gate to claim local rates. Rates are subject to change based on SANParks tariffs.[4]
Entry fees are payable daily and pre-booking is recommended, especially during peak travel times. For frequent visitors, an annual Wild Card membership offers unlimited entry to Kruger and other SANParks reserves at a fixed price, potentially saving money over multiple visits.[2]
