A Total Ninja session costs R160 for one hour or R240 for two hours, with a compulsory R45 pair of grip socks on top. The Mini Ninja area for children aged 0 to 3 is cheaper at R80 and R120.

Total Ninja Session Prices

Session 1 hour 2 hours Who it covers
Mini Ninja R80 R120 Children 0–3, includes one parent or guardian
Total Ninja R160 R240 Children 4+ and adults, full course access

Socks Are Compulsory and Extra

Grip socks cost R45 per pair and are required for every session. They are reusable, so a returning visitor pays only the session fee — but a first visit for two people is R410, not R320. This is the charge most commonly missed when budgeting.

Spectators Are Free

Adults watching rather than climbing pay nothing. Total Ninja spectators can wait in the cafe area, and Mini Ninja has a dedicated spectator seating area. A parent supervising a 0–3-year-old is already included in the Mini Ninja price.

Two Hours Is Better Value

The second hour costs R80 against R160 for the first — half price. If your children will last, the two-hour session is the better buy.

Locations

Total Ninja operates eight venues across Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg and Pretoria, including Fourways. Session prices are published centrally rather than per venue, but opening hours differ by site.
