The entrance fee for the Seven Coloured Earths at Chamarel, also known as the Chamarel Seven Coloured Earth Geopark, varies depending on residency status and age.
For nonresidents (tourists), the entrance fees are as follows:[1]
- Adults: 500 Mauritian Rupees (approximately $11 USD)
- Children (ages 5-12): 250 Mauritian Rupees (approximately $5.50 USD)
For residents of Mauritius, the fees are:[1]
- Adults: 200 Mauritian Rupees (approximately $4.40 USD)
- Children (ages 5-12): 100 Mauritian Rupees (approximately $2.20 USD)
The ticket includes access to the Seven Coloured Earths dunes, the Chamarel Waterfall, and the Tortoise Park.[5][6]
The park is open every day from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and during the summer season (October to April) it stays open until 5:30 PM.[1]
