Pearl Harbour Entrance Fee

There is no entrance fee to visit the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center or its museums and exhibits; entry to the Pearl Harbor National Memorial itself is free for all visitors[7][1][3][5][6]. However, if you wish to reserve a spot on the boat shuttle to the USS Arizona Memorial, there is a non-refundable $1 reservation fee per person[5][3][8]. Same-day, free walk-in tickets are no longer available at the Visitor Center, so advance online reservations are advised[5].

Access to the major historic sites at Pearl Harbor—other than the free visitor center—requires purchasing individual tickets or a bundled pass. The main attractions and costs (2025 prices) are:

  • Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum: Adult $25.99, Child (4-12) $14.99, ages 3 and under free[1]. Military/Hawaii Resident discounts available in person. Walk-up tickets may cost a bit more: $27.99 adult, $15.99 child[4].
  • Battleship Missouri Memorial: Costs vary by package and experiences selected; typically included in bundled tour passes[2][3].
  • Pearl Harbor Submarine Museum (USS Bowfin): Separate ticket, included in bundled passes[2][3].
  • Passport to Pearl Harbor (All-in-One Ticket): Includes general admission to Battleship Missouri, Submarine Museum, Aviation Museum, a self-guided multimedia tour, and one VR experience. Online price: Adult $94.99, Child (4-12) $44.99 (walk-up is $99.99/$49.99)[2][4][8].
  • Top of the Tower Tour (Ford Island Control Tower): $34.99 (standalone) or $19.99 when added to general museum admission[1]; sometimes offered at $21.99 with museum admission[2].

Parking at the Visitor Center is $7 per vehicle[1], unless you have military access to park directly on Ford Island[1].
