uShaka animal encounters range from R74 for a fish feed to R981 for an individual Meet a Dolphin session. Every encounter is charged separately from park admission and each carries a minimum age. These rates are published by uShaka effective 1 September 2026.

Equipment Hire
The Ocean Walker experience lists a rash vest at R50 and booties at R50 as separate hire items.
These Are On Top of Park Admission
An encounter price does not include entry to the park. You still need a Sea World or combo ticket — R267 for adults, R216 for children and seniors. See uShaka Marine World ticket prices.
Age Limits Are Strict
Minimum ages run from 5 for the snorkel lagoon to 12 for the ray feed. The shark dive and fish feed both require age 8, and the Ocean Walker requires 10. Bookings are refused where the child does not meet the stated age, so check before paying.
Peak and Off-Peak Pricing
The snorkel lagoon is the one encounter with a clear seasonal split: R90 off-peak on Mondays and Tuesdays against R169 in peak on Wednesday to Sunday. That is close to half price for the same activity.
